GARNET HOLMES AGAIN IN COURT,

In the Supreme Court, in Chambers, on Saturday, before ?ne Chief Justice (Sir Uobert otout), Garnet B. Holmes appeared to answer an application for a writ to attach, him for tailing to comply with ait order lor the payment of ahmouy. Mr. A. Gray, K.C., appeared lor Mm. Holmes.

Holmes, in answer to His Honour, said he was not able (o do anything nt present.
