A German wireless report. 6tiUes: "In view of reports of the formation of revolutionary committees iii the war prison camps in Russia, notably at Omsk, Tomsk, and Jilcateritisburg, aiming at equality of officers ami men and the prevention of the repatriation of prisoners, the German Government demands that tho Russian Government shall immediately disarm all prisoners and take over the management of all camps, pending the arrival of a German Commission; also the separation of German and Aus-(ro-lliingariau prisoners, tho reinstatement of officers, and the Russian occupation of tho railway station at Omsk in order to secure the freo passage of prisoners from Siberia."—Aus.-N.Z. Theßolsheviki at Wauria station 6ent an ultimatum to the Chinese authorities demanding tho immediate delivery of the Cossack General Samenoff and tho disarmament of his forces.
