Argument was concluded yesterday m the Court of Appeal before the Chief justice Sir Robert Stout, and Their Honours Mr. Justice Cooper. Mr. Justice Chapman, and Jlr. Justice Sim. in n, Canterbury appeal, Willinm Allan Hopkins, of Christoluirch, estate ngent, v Katerine Christina ljislerbrook. of Christchurch. widow. The case arose out of thf. sale of a Canterbury grocery business to Mrs. Eastorbrook, the respondent in the case. The Court reserved its dpcision. The appellant was represented by Mr. f P Skcrrett, K.C., with him Mr. M. ,1. Gresson. while Mr. S. G. Roymond, K.C.. with him Mr. J. ft. Cunninsbam, appeared for the respondent, •
