AFTER-WAR TRADE
STRONG MEASURES URGED. London, April 18. Lord Balfour of Burleigh's final report on trade after the war will bo published shortly. It proposes strong measures to prevent dumping, and nlso urges the Government to introduce fiscal reforms ou the lines of Imperial preference in order to protect vital and immature industries.—Aus.-N.Z.
