CROSS THE STRUMA WITH THE BRITISH SEVERAL VILLAGES OCCUPIED London, April 17. A French Eastern communique states: "The Allies made a successful and extendive raid on the left bank of the Struma, between Ormanli and laJie Tahinos. They cleared Bulgarian outposts _ from ten villages. Greek troops brilliantly co-operated) alongside the British." A British official report from Salonika states: "Greek troops crossed the Struma above Lake Tahinos and occupied the villages of Bejlikmah, Kakaraslca. Salmah Kispek, and Ada. Tho casualties were slight. Tho British further north occupied Kumli and Ormanli, and captured a few Bulgarians."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.Reutor. THE ENEMY'S REPORT. (Rec. April 19, 0.5 a.m.) London, April 17. A German official report states:—"Tho Bulgarians on the Struma Plain took prisoner 155 of tho English and some of Tho War Office comments"The British oasualties on the Struma were considerably less than the number of prison-' ers olaimed."—Aus.-N.Z.
