FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly to northerly winds northwards r.t New' Plymouth, and Napier, .and increasing northerlies elsewhere. Expect changeable and squally conditions generally, with rain following, especially in all the western dintrictf. Barometer falling. During the week-end tho weather has been fair generally, only a few Mattered Bhowers being reported.
