Opotiki, Ipril 15. Sever.il head of cnttle that v-ere swept out to sea by the floods subsequently effected a landing on the Iwach between Onotiki mid Oliiwn. They have been recovered by the owners. The roost is strewn with carcasses of sheep, cattle, ami horses, and immense i.unntrties of driftwood have been washed up on .the beach. '
