The main purpose of the paper will bo ono of helpfulness to returned men and their dependants, but toh plan of contents pro-, vides a variety of feature to interest the general public. "Quick. Thus tho paper should have an important function in the making of the new Now Zealand. As the paper is wholly owned and solely controlled by the N.Z.R.S.A., the Publication Committee expects the hearty cooperation of returned men, and any of these 'who havo_jntcrestiii? memories of tho war, photographs and sketches (suitable for reproduction), documonts or papers published by soldiers, are requested to communicate with tho honorary editor, Mr. C. W. Batten, Box 1010, Wellington. Mr. John Mackay, formerly Government Printer, is honorary manager, Mr. J. I. Fox, manager of the Returned Soldiers' Club, Wellington, is honorary organiser. An effort is being made to have the first liumbor published before Anzac Day, April 25. During the first six months, the issue will be monthly. At tho end of that poriod it is hoped to have a fortnightly or weekly publication,
