Mr. Archibald Hurd writes:—A number of American Dreadnoughts for months past have been operating underAdmiral Beatty. They are the newest vessels, and have poiVorful armamont, personnel, and equipment. Tnero aro also cruisers and gunboats, and valuable email craft.
