AUSTRIAN LABOUR CRISIS
COUNT CZERNIN DENOUNCED. Washington, April 9. The New York "World's" Washington correspondent reports that official dispatches state that a mass meeting of Czechs in Prague donounced Count Czernin and approved President Wilson's speech. The Austrian labour situation is critical. Count Czernin has been forced to abandon a visit to Bucharest because of the country's internal troubles.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
