Present indications are for moderate to strong south-west to south-east winds squally at times, and cold and changeable weather generally, with hoavy Bhowcrs in most' parts of tho Dominion. Barometer rising everywhere. Unsettled and cloudy conditions have ruled, with rain in many parts and heavv rain in somo localities.
