Raisuli loft the mountains, and, reinforced by Abdul Malik's forces and other mercenaries, occupied positions threatening the French communications in tho direction of Algeria. Tho Germans gave bribes lavishly. They announced the fall of Calais, and that Hindenburg was nearing Paris, but the natives have not yet been induced to move by these mothods.—"The Times." Germany would then buy the Spanish zone, and Raisuli to be either Sultan or Viceroy.
