(j At a meeting of the Finance Committeo of the City Council, held yesterday afternoon, it was decided to accede to the request of the Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association for the free use of the Town Hall on Thursday, April 25 (afternoon), for tho purpose of holding an "Anzac" memorial service, and the Concert Chamber in the evening for the purposes of the annual dinner to be held in celebration of the landing of tho forces on Gallipoli on April 25, 'i 915. Tn regard to the service, it was decided by the committee to agree to the association making all the arrangements, tho euggestion being offered that the speakers should bo restricted to military chaplains, returned or at present in camp.
