SAWMILL DESTROYED BY FIRE
By Telegraph—Press Association. Talhape, April 6. Bennett and Punch's sawmill af Rangataua, the second largest mill in the district, was totally destroyed by fire early this morning. The origin of the fire is a mystery. The manager saw that all was safe at midnight. The stock of timber was not injured. Twenty-six men are out of employment. ,
