The findings of n District Co'nrt-Mar-tial held at Trentham Camp, having been confirmed by the Commandant, N.Z. Military Forces, are hereby pro-mulgated:-67,523 Pte. AY.. B. T. In each of the cases the nonteuce is mitigated so that if accusal embark for active service outside New Zealand, then upon arrival at the final port of disembarkation the unexpired portion of the sentence (if any) siail'be remitted, and New Zealand records shall be endorsed accordingly.
