SOLDIERS SENTENCE
The findings of n District Co'nrt-Mar-tial held at Trentham Camp, having been confirmed by the Commandant, N.Z. Military Forces, are hereby pro-mulgated:-67,523 Pte. AY.. B. T. Wright, Details (late 3oth Reinforcements), found guilty of, whori under orders for active service, deseilting His Majesty's service; sentenced to detention for 112 days.
62,012 Pte. N. C... Campbell, Details (late 35th Reinforcements). found guilty of, when under orders for active service, deserting His Majesty's service; senteuced to detention for 112 days. 69,920 Pte. A. Hathaway, Details (late 35th Reinforcements), found guilty of, when under order. l ; far active service, deserting His Majesty's service; sentenced to detention for 112 days. In each of the cases the nonteuce is mitigated so that if accusal embark for active service outside New Zealand, then upon arrival at the final port of disembarkation the unexpired portion of the sentence (if any) siail'be remitted, and New Zealand records shall be endorsed accordingly.
