? MEETING OF COMMITTEE. The Management Committee of the ; Wellington football Association held 'a, meeting on Wednesday in the | Y.M.O.A. rooms, Mr. A. E. Wells bei ing in the chair. I The Trinity Young Men's Bible Class wrote stating that the cla6s had formed a football club and desired affiliation which was granted. The new club intends to enter a third-class team. Tho Island Bay School notified that a team would be entered for the schools competition. The Trinity Biblo Class Club was given permission to use temporarily tho colours of the late Diamond Club. Election of sub-committees resulted sts follows:—Mr. A. E. Wells was elected chairman of committees, 'Messrs. H. Yeoman, W. Auld, and A. E. Smith grounds and championship committee, Messrs H. Yeoman, C. F. Ward and W. Duacan postponement committeo, Messrs. A. E. Wells, W. Duncan and A. Williams finance committeo. A deputation consisting of Messrs. A. E. Wells, W. Auld, C. F. Ward, A. E. Smith, and B. Hill was appointed to interview the masters of schools and colleges in tho interests of Association football. INSTITUTE OLD BOYS' CLUB. At tho annual meeting of the InstiI tut© Old Boys' Football Club it was decided to enter two teams in the third grade competition, and also an endeavour will bo made to enter a team in the competition over 20 years of ago. It was pointed out in the rcporl that the club had been very successful during last year, finishing runnors-up j in tho Competition Cup, and also in ' tho Henderson Memorial Cup. The following office-bearers were elected lot the year:—Mr. L. T, Walking, president; Messrs. A. East, C. K. Dick, D. Douglas, W. Pointon, G. E. Brown, .1. G. Smith, It. Pearson, D. M'Kenzie, vice-presidents; Mr. N. M'Arthur, secretary; Mr. H. SpolsJty, treasurer; Mr. F. Boss, club captain ; management committee, tho club captain, vice-cap-tain, captain, and secretary.
