Mr. Jii3tico Herdman gave judgment i\n the Supremo Court to-day on the d ispute over the will ?f- Annie Quaylo 51 ownend, who bequeathed £5000 to the taustees, committee, or otlier person iR control or management of the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to A'guimals in -the Parish of Malew, Idle of\ Man. There was a society in control of the Isle, including the Parish of ; Malew, whore a new society was subsequently formed. The Judge said it Vas clear that Mrs. Townend intended the bequest for the benefit of the society of the Parish of Malew and gave judgment for 'that , society.
