FOR DISLOYAL UTTERANCES. (Rec. April 6, 0.5 a.m.) Washington, April 4. The first lynching of a German for disloyal utterances occurred to-night- at St. Louis. The mob seized Robert Prager, shipped him, wrapped the Stars and Stripes round his body, ;.nd marchcd him through the streets. The police placed Prager in gaol, hut fcha mob broke open the gaol, seized l'rager, and hanged him to a treo.— Aus.N.Z. Cahlo Assn.
