THE MILK MUDDLE
Sir,—The latest spasm of 'the. council 1 ! on the above may be accounted "Much I'! bush, little wine." Whine not fit all. 1, They are whining all the time. Why j not? when that is all they know , about it. And when they have the whitewash all in their own hands why ? not lay it on as thick as thick. The " Humming up this morning, and they ? will no doubt see it in the same way themselves when they wake ur> and * pinch themselves to feel if t)ie.v are awake, is a pons asinortim and a paradox. Thus the vendors are the cause of all the trouble; the railways would bring in better milk if they pot Is. a gallon ; the farmers would produce cor- c poration competency in the milk if they n got corporation oversight in their man- s ngement. And, after all, all the most o visible and apparent incompetence at l the present time is the incapacity of i' the City Council itself.—l nm, etc.. 8 HENRY BODLEY. I April 5 r ~ t
