THE DUTCH SHIPPING
PROTEST OF THE GOVERNMENT. . (Reo. April 2, 11.30 p.m.) ThG Hague/March 31. - The Dutch Government, in an official statement, describes the seizure of Dutch shipping as an act of violence, which the Government will oppose with all its energy. The seizure has wounded the national feelings. It is indefensible from the standpoint of international law—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. AMERICA SURPRISED AT HOLLAND'S ATTITUDE. (Rec.
