RESULT OF BOARD : OF TRADE INQUIRIES. (By TeLegraph-.-Speoial Correspondent.) ■ Mastarton; March 27. For some tima past the Wairarapa : 'Wheat Committee, have been striving io get the retail price of sacks reduced, and have made representations io the Board of Trade on the subject. Tile: board has replied as foUoys:— ';firms appear to have- sold in instances when they-were importers at about 13s t> per dozen, and it is only in cases where merchants were tho second holders thafi they have asked as high as lus. per dozen.
