The New Zealand Loan and-Mercantile Agency Co. report:—At I'cilding on iTiday a heavy yarding of Eheep was penned, including several good lines of breeding ewes. Vendors -ysere disposed to meet tho market, and bidding was brisker than at last week's sale. Tne market was uneven, somo lines selling fairly well and others at lower rates. Practically all lines offered were quitted. Cull 2-tooth ■• wetherß, 16s. 6d.; low-condition f.m. ewes, 16b. 3d. to 175.: 4-year ewes. 21s. to 255. 9d. and 24b. 9d. to 28s. Id.; 4 and 6-tooth ewes 'good line), 345.; cull owes, 9s. 6d. to 10s.; yearling Bteers (small), £6 7s. 6d.; light store cows, £5.

At TJrenui, on March 18,' there waß a full yarding and a good attendance, with competition throughout for most lines offered, a fair clearance being made.
