MEETING OF CREDITORS
ESTATE OJP'C. H. HARRINGTON.
. Tho meeting of-creditors in the estate of Charles' Henry Harrington, taxidriver, called for yesterday, lapsed for want of a quorum. Only one creditor was present, in addition to tho bankrupt and his solicitor.
"The total indebtedness of the bankrupt was set down at £725 35., and assets £655, being the surplus from securities in the hands of secured creditors, thus showing a deficieucy of £70 3s. ' The secured] creditors are: W R. Gates, soda fountain proprietor, Wellington, £i) 00 (estimated value of 'securities £1555); National Bank of New Zealand, £229 os. 2d. (secured by A. F. Roberts, who, if he pays under his guarantee, will prove for the amount paid). The unsecured creditors arc listed as follows:—Hebenton's Estate, Masterton, £44 lis. Gd.; J. H. Lyttle, motor engineer, Masterton, £4 10s.; Duncan aud Co., motor engineers,' Napier, £16 3.5. 9d.; Dexter and Crozier, motor engineers, Auckland,. £43 Bs. Id.; City Carriage and Motor Works, Ltd., Wellington, £6 3s. 6d.; AV.
