London, March 22. The Miners' Federation has officially informed Mr. Lloyd George of the result of the ballot on the combing-out proposals. Mr. Llojd George said the Government intended to proceed with the recruitment of .50,000 miners.- ■ Mr. Lloyd George in a straight talk to the miners said that a chaos of Bolshevism would result if the Government altered its recruiting programme owing to sectional opposition.—Aus.N.Z.
