On tho other hand, Southdowns could hardly be given away, and Shropshires mostly passed. The range of prices was:—English Leicester!*,' 2} guineas to 12J guineas • Border Leicesters, 2J guineas to 8 guineas; Lincolns, guineas to 75 guineas; Rbmneys,' 8 guineas to 17 guineas; Southdowns, 1 J guineas to 4J guineas; Shropshires, 2 guineas to 6 guineas; Corriedales, 2i guineas to 21 guineas; hhlfbreda, 2i guineas to 12J guineas.
