Iu Chambers tc-daj'j beforo Mr. Justice- Stringer, counsel for the petitioning creditors (Kincaids, Ltd., and Bowronßros.) renewed the application inndo on March 12 before Mr, Justico Herdman for leave to make substituted service on Jamos M'Combs, M.P., in respect of a petition in bankruptcy. Mr. Justice Stringer made an order for substituted service by the delivery of tho petition at M'Combs's house, and also by sending a copy of the summons tmd petition by registered letter, addressed "James M'Combs, M.P., G.P.0., Wellington."
