ALMOST SUCCEEDED. London, March 18. Mr. J. T. Donovan (Nationalist member for Wicklow), speaking at Glasgow, said that the Irish Convention had almost (succeeded. The remaining difficulty was the opposition of a very small and insurgent minority in Ulster — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asßn.
