A CHAMPION ROMNEY EWE
(By Telegraph-Special Correspondent,)' Hawera, March 16. Sir. J. Blair, of Hawera, has achieved the honour of-winning the one hundred guinea cash prize at Opotiki (Bay of Plenty) A. and P. SW with Tus 'pedigree Bomney Marsh ewe. The animal was bred by Mr, Blair and'has been awarded the championship at each of four shows nt which, ehe has been shown this year. ■ ".-■
'At the .annual meeting of the Timaru 'A.; and P. Association a motion to alter the date of the annual show from spring to autumn was lost by 40 votec to 25.
