The Cardinal Archliishop of Reims protests against a mendacious German communique stating that a signalling post was observed at the cathedral, and quotes the commanding general's declaration that there is no. military installation in the cathedral or in any church in Reims, and no guns within 1800 yards of the cathedral.—Aus.N.Z.
