DISARMED BY SHIP'S OFFICERS. Norfolk (Virginia), March 14. The Russian crew of the stoamer Omsk seized the ship and demanded that it should bo managed by a Bolshevik committee. They threatened to land the cargo of cotton in Russia instead of Livorpool. Tho officers disarmed and removed the mutineers.
