TEMPORARY APPOINTMENTS
Tho grant of temporary rank to officers of tho Territorial Force and temporary commissions to N.C.O.'s asset outhereunder, with effect from February 23, 1918, havo been approved :— General Headquarters 2nd Lt. Thomas Littster Wilson, N.Z. Rifle Brigade (T.), is granted the temporary rank of lieutenant;, whilst employed in the department of the Ad-jutant-General at Headquarters. N.Z. Army Pay Corps. Staff-Sgt.-Major George.. Bernard, Mann is granted the honorary rank of lieutenant (temp.), and is attached to tho Army Pay Corns whilst employed in tho War Expenses Branch, AVelling-S'taff-Sgt.-Major Kenneth Elton Shorney is granted the honorary rank of lieutenant (temp.), and is attached to tho Army Pay Corps whilst employed in the War Expenses Branch, Wellington. Expeditionary Force Training Campe. Lieut, (temp.) Herbert Carvosso, Unattached List (b), is granted the temporary rank of cantain, whilst holding tho appointment of supply officer m Expeditionary Force training camps. Lieut, (temp.) Charles Isbistcr, Unnttached List" (b), General List, is granted the temporary rank of captain whilst holding tho appointment of supply officer in Expeditionary Force training camps. • Embarkation Staff. Lieut, (temp.) Hubert Sladden, N.Z: Garrison Artillery (Wellington G.A. Division), is granted tho temporary rank of captain whilst employed on embarkation duties at Wellington; N.Z. Forces Motor Service Corps. Lieut. James Marsden Coughey is granted tho temporary rank of captain whilst performing general duties.in tho Auckland Military District. '.'...
