At A<ldington market' to-day 1 -there were larger entries of stock in almost all departments, but tho attendance was not quito so numerous as last week. There was a firm sale for all useful classes of store sheep, but the demand was not keen for backward sorts. :. The .yarding included drafts from the North Island and Maryborough. Lambs were very firm, exporters' prices averaging BJ<l. per lb. over- all.'.There was also; a good salo for fat sheep, oxportcrsloperating freely. There was a more oven sale for fat cattle, and prices were generally above export level, only a lewij head being secured by freezing buyers. There was a good sale for the ; - Moderate class of store cattle offered. : \ Fat: pigs sold well, but stores wore .' - casjer' on account of the large entry. Siiore Sheep.—Two-tooth ewes, 30s. to iOs. Oα.; two and four-tooth ewes, '.. to j}ls. 6d.; four and six-tooth ewes, 34sj'j.3d.; six and eight-tooth ewes, 245.
