Replying to-Lord Salisbury's censure of the Governments: Irish policy, Lord Ourzon stated A invthe*Houso of Lords that the military had been given full powers in disutrbed areas to suppress 'disorder and enforce the law. Already there had been Rood results. Tho situation was not yet normal. Tho military would remain in Ireland whilo it was required.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
