At the Supreme Court to-day, Solo- ' mon Kokoi native interpreter, was sentenced by the Chief Justice to threo years' reformative detention. He tiau pleaded guilty to twelve charges ol forgery. He had been given a verdict of not guilty by a jury last year on a forgery charge, and the Chief Justice commented on tho mistaken kindness of the jury, who had let a plainly guilty man off.
