SHIPBUILDING IN AMERICA
PROGRAMME RUNNING SMOOTHLY. ■ . Washington, March 10. The Shipping Board announces that 31 ships, or a "total tonnage of 190,400, were completed iu January and February. It is estimated that 35 ships, of a tonnage of 220,954, will be'launched in March. Tho officials believe that the shipping programme is now running smoothly.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
