GERMAN PEACE INTRIGUES
A LIBEL ON MONTENEGRO. (Rec. March 10, 5.5 p.m.) London, March 9. The Montenegrin Minister for War, ill a letter to tho Tress, indignantly denies the rumour that Montenegro may conclude peace with the Central Powers. He mentions that two thousand Montenegrins arc fighting on the French front, and adds: "The Central ■Powers formally offered the Montenegrin Government a peace, which wo rejected with contempt."—Renter.
