,As was not unexpected, having regard to the difficulties of hor situation, in view of'the Russian collapse, Rumania has signed the Austro-German peace demands, surrendered the Dobruja to Bulgaria, and conceded commercial and transport privileges. Further details of the peace demands which Germany forced on the Russian delegates at Brest Litovsk 6how that the Germans have secured facilities for commercial activities in Afghanistan and Persia through Russian territory, and have also cancelled tho annulment of the Russian international loans so far as Germany is concerned. The German Press is assiduously endeavouring to create in the ranks of her adversaries' a desire for peace.
