JELLICOE'S RETIREMENT
DEBATE IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (Rec. March 7, 10.15 p.m.) London, March 6. In the House of Commons there was an animated debate on Admiral Jellicoe's dismissal. Sir Edward Carson protested that tha resignation was a national calamity, and said lie was not consulted as a member of the Cabinet. Mr. Bonar Law explained that the dismissal was due to Sir Eric Geddoss's advice.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
