THREE MILLIONAIRES ARRESTED

[The "Daily Ohronicte" correspondent at Milan stated last month that the authorities had discovered shamchss trading with the enemy in silk nnd cotton thread suitable for use in the wings of aeroplanos and for airships. The president and other directors of the Lombard Silk and Thread Company, which has a capital of half a uillion sterling, wore arrested. The company made a profit of £800,000 during 1916.] •
