Considerable damage has been done to. various •v.orks at Port Ahnriri. Tho Arahura and another boat wereunnblo to come alongside- the breakwater. Sea-water found its way into warehouses at the port, Imgo" waves scnd- ; the water over the sea front. Several smaller vessels have been, knocked about. Richardson aud Co.'s Echo has not been heard of since Friday. Some anxiety is felt for her safety. It is hoped she is sheltering off Cape Runaway.
