A complaint has been lodged with the Mangapapa Town Board by a ratepayer, who reported that a chimney in a wasbhouse in Willis Street had been taken awny; as nlso had bricks from around the copper. The ratepayer looked upon the matter seriously, as the building was practically a new one, and he has asked the board to protect him. The board decided to draw the attention of the police to the* complaint.
