A MONARCHIST VICTORY (Rec. February 27, 8.5 p.m.) Madrid, February 26. The results of the elections approximately include 170 Liberals, foreshadowing a Cabinet of Liberal concentration, with the probablo support of 85 Conservatives.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.Reuter. A GREAT SURPRISE (Reo. February 27, 11.15 p.m.) Madrid, February 27. Tho elections wero a great surprise. The Socialists and Republicans have almost disappeared. Tho Monarchist parties, comprising tho Liberals and Conservatives of various groups, secured 300 seats. It is impossible to predict the effect on foreign policy.—Router. London, February 2(i. Madrid advices state that the Monarchist victories nfc tho election are largely attributable to German money.
