THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate td strong southerly winde and changeable weather, with scattered showers. The barometer has a rising tendency everywhere. A storm area passed in tho south during Tuesday night, and high north-west winds have since changed to southerly.
