NOT A REPRESENTATIVE SUCCESS. London, February 25 The Labour correspondent of the 'Daily Telegraph," criticising the-In-ter-Allied Socialist Conference, says it is doubtful whether all the delegates will endorse tho application of its findings to the claims of their own nationalities. The Independent LabourParty refused to participate, because it was proposed to exclude separate Socialist representation from future international meetings. The American Labour delegates intimated that the time had not comc-to parley with theenemy. Finally, the absence of dejq-,-gates from tho Dominions was deplorable, • 'Tliey could>"haye. represented tho most important opinions upon the future possession of the German colonics. The Dominions had given the best of their manhood, and had every right to be consulted upon a matter vitally concerning their future exist ciicc—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
