Sir,—You have published correspondence said to have passed between' Mr. John Hutcheson and myself, including a letter of Mr. Hutcheson's with date stated as 23-2—lß (Saturday). - On the 25th I received the letter through tho post, and the post-mark is February 25, 3 a.m. (Monday morning).
this is the second time that the duellist (Mr. John Hutcheson) has tired his shot before the signal. I trust that you will give this letter full publicity.—-I am, etc.,
