"Tax."—Any entertainment for which a charge is made is liablo to bo taxed. In tho, case of a concert iu aid of school funds, tho Commissioner, on being quite' satisfied that the funds to credit are for a beneficial public purpose, and no individual is gaining anything out' of it, may remit the tax.
