Many leading business men of the city have agreed to assist-in making Bed. Triangle Day in Wellington a success. At the Citizens' Committee meeting in the Chamber of Commerce this evening at 8 o'clock the organisation of the local effort will be commenced, and for the next three woeks, until March 15, the familiar Bed Triangle sign of the Y.M.C.A. will be seen on every side. The famous Victor Vat is fast taking the place of other kinds in cheesß factories all over New Zealand. Its special construction ensures the whey being drained off quicker <md more thoroughly.
