In a case in which J. B. Clarkeon, motor importer, of Wellington, claimed £200 damages from Percy R. Wilton, of Masterton, in connection with a recent motor collision near Featherston, Mr. Kerr, S.M., to-day gavo judgment for the defendant, with costs to be fixed. In a counter-claim he awarded Wilton £46 with costs, also to be fixed.
