. For inebriety one first offender was fined 10s., in default twenty-four hours' imprisonment, and another, who failed to appear, had his bail of 20s. ostreatod. William Gordon, who was found drunk while a prohibition order was in force against him, was fined 40r., witu the alternative of'serving seven days in gaol.
