STATEMENT BY MR, ARTHUR • HENDERSON.
Paris, February 18. Mr. 'Arthur Henderson, ill an interview, states:—"Wo have succeeded m smoothing away many difficulties with the French and Italians. \Ve have agreed that a Workers' Conference Iβ necessary in order to act simultaneously with ft conference of Governments. Only ,]"n that manner will it bo possible to secure a people's peace. International co-oporation must replace international aggression."—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
